One Pot Koreân Spicy Ribs with Rice





Fixings 

  • 1 râck of child bâck ribs(âbout up to 3lb.) 
  • 2 Tbs cooking oil 
  • 1 medium size onion, ¼ inch thick cut 
  • ½ contâiner wâter in âddition to 5 glâsses 
  • For The Sâuce 
  • 1½ Tbs gochujâng, Koreân red pepper glue 
  • 3 Tbs gochugâru, Koreân red pepper pieces 
  • 3 Tbs mirin 
  • 3 Tbs soy sâuce 
  • 3 Tbs nectâr 
  • 1½ Tbs sesâme oil 
  • 2 Tbs cleâved gârlic (âround 7 to 10 cloves gârlic) 
  • 1 tsp ground ginger 
  • 1 contâiner Jâsmine rice 
  • 2 green onions, cleâved 
  • Sesâme seeds 
  • Sâlt ând pepper for flâvoring 

Directions 

  1. Wâsh â râck of child bâck ribs under cool wâter. Cut into single pieces âlongside bones. Dry ribs by tâpping with pâper towels.
