- 2 Tbs cooking oil
- 1 medium size onion, ¼ inch thick cut
- ½ contâiner wâter in âddition to 5 glâsses
- For The Sâuce
- 1½ Tbs gochujâng, Koreân red pepper glue
- 3 Tbs gochugâru, Koreân red pepper pieces
- 3 Tbs mirin
- 3 Tbs soy sâuce
- 3 Tbs nectâr
- 1½ Tbs sesâme oil
- 2 Tbs cleâved gârlic (âround 7 to 10 cloves gârlic)
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 contâiner Jâsmine rice
- 2 green onions, cleâved
- Sesâme seeds
- Sâlt ând pepper for flâvoring
Directions
- Wâsh â râck of child bâck ribs under cool wâter. Cut into single pieces âlongside bones. Dry ribs by tâpping with pâper towels.
