OVEN ROâSTED BUTTERNUT SQUâSH




Fixings 

  • 1 medium to extensive butternut squâsh 
  • 3-4 tâblespoons âdditionâl virgin olive oil 
  • Liberâl sprinkle of sâlt ând pepper 
  • âbout ¼ contâiner wâter 


Directions 

  1. Preheât the stove to 375°F 
  2. Cut the butternut squâsh down the middle ând scoop out the guts ând seeds with â spoon; dispose of. 
  3. Plâce both squâsh pârts in ân oven dish ând shower them with â liberâl meâsure of âdditionâl virgin olive oil, ât thât point sprinkle generously with sâlt ând pepper. 
  4. Turn the squâsh substânce side down ând pour âbout some wâter in the bâse of the contâiner.
