- 3-4 tâblespoons âdditionâl virgin olive oil
- Liberâl sprinkle of sâlt ând pepper

Directions
- Preheât the stove to 375°F
- Cut the butternut squâsh down the middle ând scoop out the guts ând seeds with â spoon; dispose of.
- Plâce both squâsh pârts in ân oven dish ând shower them with â liberâl meâsure of âdditionâl virgin olive oil, ât thât point sprinkle generously with sâlt ând pepper.
- Turn the squâsh substânce side down ând pour âbout some wâter in the bâse of the contâiner.
