- Rub
- 1 tâblespoon Gârlic Powder
- 1 tâblespoon Onion Powder

- 2 tâblespoons Pâprikâ
- 1 tâblespoon Brown Sugâr
- Wipe Sâuce
- 1 glâss Wâter
- 1 tâblespoon Worcestershire Sâuce
- 1 tâblespoon Rice Vinegâr
- Grill Sâuce, (discretionâry)
Guidelines
- In â bowl join âll the rub fixings ând blend well. Sâve â portion of the rub to âdd to the destroyed pork subsequent to cooking if wânted.
- Rub the rub onto the meâl mâke sure to cover âll sides of the meâl with the rub.
- Preheât the grill to 225 degrees. Plâce the pork broil in the grill on the flâme broil ând cook for 3 hours
