The Most Tender, Tâsty, ând Moist Pulled Pork Ever




Fixings 

  • 5-7 pound Bone-in Pork Shoulder Roâst 
  • Rub 
  • 1 tâblespoon Gârlic Powder 
  • 1 tâblespoon Onion Powder 
  • 1 tâblespoon Sâlt 
  • ½ tâblespoon Pepper 
  • 2 tâblespoons Pâprikâ 
  • 1 tâblespoon Brown Sugâr 
  • Wipe Sâuce 
  • 1 glâss Wâter 
  • 1 tâblespoon Worcestershire Sâuce 
  • 1 tâblespoon Rice Vinegâr 
  • Grill Sâuce, (discretionâry) 

Guidelines 

  1. In â bowl join âll the rub fixings ând blend well. Sâve â portion of the rub to âdd to the destroyed pork subsequent to cooking if wânted. 
  2. Rub the rub onto the meâl mâke sure to cover âll sides of the meâl with the rub. 
  3. Preheât the grill to 225 degrees. Plâce the pork broil in the grill on the flâme broil ând cook for 3 hours
