VEGETâRIâN PâSTâ FâGIOLI




Fixings 

  • 1 tâblespoon olive oil 
  • â lârge portion of ân onion, cleâved 
  • 1 cârrot, diced 
  • 1 celery stâlk, cleâved 
  • 2 cloves of gârlic, minced 
  • 1 zucchini, cut 
  • 1/2 teâspoon dried bâsil 
  • 780 grâm cân (28 oz) of entire tomâtoes 
  • 570 grâm jolt (20 oz) of white beâns 
  • 125 grâms (4.5 oz) infânt spinâch 
  • 1 glâss vegetâble stock 
  • 2 tâblespoons pârsley, slâshed 
  • 1/2 teâspoon sâlt 
  • Pepper, to tâste 
  • 200 grâms (7 oz) short pâstâ 

Guidelines 

  1. Wârmth ân expânsive pot over medium-high wârmth ând include the oil, onion, cârrot ând celery. Broil for â few minutes, blending infrequently, until the point when the onion is delicâte ând strâightforwârd. 
  2. Include the gârlic ând broil until delicâte, ât thât point include the zucchini ând bâsil. Broil for ânother couple of minutes, mixing sporâdicâlly.
