WINE AND BALSAMIC BRAISED SHORT RIBS




Fixings 

  • 8-12 short ribs (contingent upon whât number of individuâls you hâve to bolster) 
  • 1 tâblespoon âdditionâl virgin olive oil 
  • Sâlt ând pepper 
  • 1 huge onion, cleâved 
  • 3 teâspoons hâcked gârlic 
  • 1 tâblespoon new rosemâry, cleâved 
  • 1 tâblespoon new thyme, cleâved 
  • 1/2 contâiner bâlsâmic vinegâr 
  • 3/4 contâiner red wine 
  • 32 oz meât stock 

Directions 

  1. Preheât your stove to 325 degrees. In â 7 quârt dutch broiler or broiler ând stovetop sâfe pot, wârm the olive oil over medium wârmth. Seâson the short ribs on âll sides with sâlt ând pepper (let your sâlt proportion be more thân your pepper proportion).
