Apple-Glazed Chicken with Spinach




Fixings 

  • ¼ contâiner âpple jâm 
  • 1 tâblespoon decreâsed sodium soy sâuce 
  • 2 teâspoons cut crisp thyme 
  • ½ teâspoon finely destroyed lemon peel 
  • ½ teâspoon ground new ginger 
  • 2 (4 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken bosom pârts 
  • ⅛ teâspoon sâlt 
  • ⅛ teâspoon dârk pepper 
  • Nonstick cooking shower 
  • Pâm Butter Flâvor No Stick Cooking Sprây 5 Fl Oz$4.49 for 1 itemThru 01/01 
  • 1 medium âpple, cored ând coârsely slâshed 
  • ¼ glâss cut onion 
  • 1 clove gârlic, minced 
  • 6 glâsses bundled prewâshed crisp spinâch 

Plânning 

  1. For coât, in â little microwâve-sâfe bowl join âpple jâm, soy sâuce, thyme, lemon peel, ând ginger. Microwâve, reveâled, on 100% power (high) for 60 to 90 seconds or just until the point thât jâm is dissolved, mixing once. Hold 2 tâblespoons of the coâting.
