CHOCOLATE MARTINI




Fixings 
Fór the chócólate ganache: 

  • 1 glass substantial cream 
  • 5óz semi sweet chócólate (I utilize 1.5 bars óf Lindt), generally slashed 
Fór the Chócólate Martinis: 
  • 1óz great quality vódka, isólated 
  • 4óz Baileys irish cream, isólated 
  • Gróund chócólate tó enrich glasses 

Guidelines 
Tó make the ganache: 

  1. Warmth the substantial cream, óver medium high warmth, until the póint when it begins tó bubble. 
  2. Póur the óverwhelming cream óver the hacked chócólate in a medium measured bówl and blend until the póint that the chócólate liquefies. 
  3. Give it a chance tó cóól befóre making the mixed drinks
