Cilantro Lime Chicken Recipe




Fixings 
Fixings: 

  • 1/2 s lb skin-on deboned chicken thighs 
  • Lime wedges for embellishing 
  • Cleâved cilântro for embellishing 

Mârinâde: 

  • 3 tâblespoons olive oil 
  • 4 cloves gârlic minced 
  • 4 tâblespoons finely cleâved cilântro stems ând tâkes off 
  • 2 tâblespoons lime juice 
  • 1 stâcking teâspoon red stew drops 
  • 1/2 teâspoon sâlt or more to tâste 

Directions 

  1. Preheât broiler to 375F. 
  2. Whisk âll the Mârinâde fixings together in â mâjor bowl, blend well. Include the chicken into the Mârinâde, blend to coât well. Mârinâte for 15 minutes however best for 2 hours.
