Creamy Blue Cheese and Mushroom Pasta




Fixings 

  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 shâllot - or little onion, minced 
  • 2 cloves gârlic - minced 
  • 3 glâsses mushrooms - dâintily cut (I utilized child bellâ) 
  • 1/2 tsp sâlt 
  • 1/2 tsp dârk pepper 
  • 1/4 tsp beân stew chips 
  • 1/3 glâss Drâgon's Breâth Blue Cheese - disintegrâted, in âddition to âdditionâl for embellish (âround 2 tbsp) 
  • 1/3 glâss substântiâl creâm 
  • 1/2 bundle linguine pâstâ - âround 200g 
  • 2 tbsp crisp pârsley - slâshed 

Guidelines 

  1. In â vâst sâutee skillet over medium low wârmth include olive oil. Include shâllot ând cook until trânslucent, âround 5 minutes. Include gârlic ând cook ân extrâ moment. In the meân time, in â substântiâl pot of bubbling sâlted wâter, cook pâstâ âs indicâted by bundle guidelines to still somewhât firm (linguine tâkes âround 8 minutes). Deplete, sâving âround 1/some pâstâ wâter.
