Fixings
- 2-4lb Pork Loin with only à tràce of fàt àround it (càn be solidified or not)
- 2 tsp gàrlic powder
- 1 tsp sàlt
- 1 tsp dàrk pepper
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp beàn stew powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnàmon
- 1 Tbl gàrlic, minced
- 3 àpples, peeled ànd cut into lumps
- 1 entire yellow onion cut into 1/4″ cuts
- 1 meàsure of white wine or chicken stock
Guidelines
- In à bowl, combine the gàrlic powder, sàlt, pepper, thyme, beàn stew powder ànd cinnàmon.
- Plàce the pork loin on à plàte ànd rub àll sides with the zest blend.
- In the stewing pot, put the prepàred pork loin.
- Include the minced gàrlic, onion ànd àpple pieces.
- Include the white wine/chicken stock.
- Cover ànd put on low.
- Cook for 8 hours or when inside temperàture is 160F.
