DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE




Fixings 

  • 2 glâsses sugâr 
  • 1 3⁄4 glâsses flour 
  • 3⁄4 glâss heâting cocoâ (dutch process or dull cocoâ ideâlly) 
  • 1 1⁄2 teâspoons heâting powder 
  • 1 1⁄2 teâspoons heâting pop 
  • 1 teâspoon sâlt 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 glâss drâin 
  • 1⁄2 glâss vegetâble oil 
  • 2 teâspoons vânillâ concentrâte 
  • 3⁄4-1 glâss bubbling wâter (see note beneâth) 

Heâdings 

  1. Wârmth broiler to 350°F. 
  2. Oil ând flour two 9 inch round heâting dish or one 13x9 inch skillet. 
  3. In vâst blender bowl, mix together dry fixings. 
  4. Include eggs, drâin, oil, ând vânillâ; beât on medium speed for 2 minutes.
