Fixings
- 2 glâsses sugâr
- 1 3⁄4 glâsses flour
- 3⁄4 glâss heâting cocoâ (dutch process or dull cocoâ ideâlly)
- 1 1⁄2 teâspoons heâting powder
- 1 1⁄2 teâspoons heâting pop
- 1 teâspoon sâlt
- 2 eggs
- 1 glâss drâin
- 1⁄2 glâss vegetâble oil
- 2 teâspoons vânillâ concentrâte
- 3⁄4-1 glâss bubbling wâter (see note beneâth)
Heâdings
- Wârmth broiler to 350°F.
- Oil ând flour two 9 inch round heâting dish or one 13x9 inch skillet.
- In vâst blender bowl, mix together dry fixings.
- Include eggs, drâin, oil, ând vânillâ; beât on medium speed for 2 minutes.
