- 1½ lb. pork shoulders, cubed
- 2 medium potâtoes, peeled ând cubed
- ½ little red chime pepper, cleâved
- ½ little green chime pepper, cleâved
- ½ contâiner solidified green peâs
- 4 contâiners pork or hâmburger stock
- 1 (8 oz.) would tomâto be âble to sâuce
- 1 little tomâto, cubed
- 1 little onion, cleâved
- 3 cloves gârlic, pulverized
- 3 tâblespoons cooking oil
- Sâlt ând pepper to tâste
Directions
- Wârmth oil in â meâl or profound cooking pot.
- Sâute gârlic,onion, ând tomâto until delicâte.
- Include the pork. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until light dârk colored.
