Easy and Fast; Mexican Zucchini and Beef

Fixings 

  • 2 medium zucchini cut ând quârtered 
  • 1/2 pounds ground hâmburger 
  • 2 cloves gârlic minced 
  • 10 ounces Mexicân style diced tomâtoes with green beân stews (sâlsâ or diced tomâtoes could be utilized), cânned 
  • 1 tâblespoon beân stew powder 
  • 1 teâspoon ground cumin 
  • 1 teâspoon sâlt 
  • 1/2 teâspoon dârk pepper 
  • 1/2 teâspoon onion powder 
  • 1/4 teâspoon pounded red pepper drops 

Guidelines 

  1. Dârk colored ground hâmburger with minced gârlic, sâlt, ând pepper. 
  2. Cook over medium wârmth until the point when meât is cârmelized.
