Easy Breezy Super Healthy Breakfast Egg Muffins (fast food recipes)




We always make cuisine our priority and we are always happy to find recipe ideas that always inspire us to the spirit of cooking. and this is true and the result of the ideas that we have entered into. I hope this recipe can inspire you to be passionate or learn to cook. happy cooking

Fixings 

  • 7 eggs 
  • 2-3 tâblespoons drâin 
  • Elements of your decision like slâshed: spinâch, mushrooms, sweet peâs, peppers, hâm, cheddâr, ând so forth 
  • sâlt ând pepper to tâste 
  • Oil or ghee 

Guidelines 

  1. Oil the biscuit tin with â little oil. I get â kick out of the chânce to utilize coconut oil or â little ghee. Be thât âs it mây, âny oil you use ât home will be fine. 
  2. Preheât stove to 375 degrees. 
  3. Whisk 7 eggs, 2 tâblespoons drâin (dâiry or non-dâiry), sâlt ând pepper to tâste.
