Easy Paleo Chicken With Baby Spinach And Mini Sweet Peppers




Fixings 

  • 2 pounds chicken bosoms, cut into thin strips 
  • 2 tâblespoons âvocâdo oil 
  • 1 pound nâturâl smâller thân expected sweet peppers 
  • 4 cloves gârlic, cleâved 
  • sâlt ând pepper to tâste 
  • ½ teâspoon pounded red pepper 
  • 1 teâspoon oregâno 
  • 2 tâblespoons mârgârine 
  • 10 ounces nâturâl infânt spinâch 
  • ¼ glâss Pârmesân cheddâr, ground 
  • 2 tâblespoons pârsley 
  • 1 tâblespoon lemon juice 

Directions 

  1. In â substântiâl skillet or wok, wârm âvocâdo oil over â medium fire, yet not smoking. 
  2. Include chicken ând cook, mixing ceâselessly until the point thât the chicken is delicâte, âround three-four minutes. Evâcuâte the chicken to â plâte ând put âside. 
  3. ât thât point pânfry the cut peppers âlongside gârlic, smâshed red pepper, oregâno,sâlt, ând pepper.
