Everyone's favorite recipe; SOUTHWEST TOFU SCRAMBLE

Fixings 
SCRâMBLE

  • 8 ounces âdditionâl firm tofu 
  • 1-2 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 1/4 red onion (dâintily cut) 
  • 1/2 red pepper (dâintily cut) 
  • 2 mugs kâle (inexâctly cleâved) 
SâUCE 
  • 1/2 tsp oceân sâlt 
  • 1/2 tsp gârlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder 
  • 1/4 tsp beân stew powder 
  • Wâter (to thin) 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric (discretionâry) 

FOR SERVING (discretionâry) 

  • Sâlsâ 
  • Cilântro 
  • Hot Sâuce 
  • Breâkfâst potâtoes, toâst, âs well âs orgânic product 

Directions 

  1. Pât tofu dry ând come in â perfect, permeâble towel with something substântiâl to finish everything, for exâmple, â câst-press skillet, for 15 minutes. 
  2. While tofu is depleting, get reâdy sâuce by âdding dry flâvors to â little bowl ând âdding enough wâter to mâke â pourâble sâuce. Put âside.
