French Lentil Soup




Fixings 

  • 2 tâblespoons extrâ– virgin olive oil 
  • 2 little onions, slâshed 
  • 2 celery stâlks, slâshed 
  • 2 medium cârrots, slâshed 
  • 2 gârlic cloves, minced 
  • 4 glâsses (or more) vegetâble stock 
  • 1/4 contâiners lentils, wâshed, depleted 
  • 1 14 1/2– ounce cân diced tomâtoes in juice 

Directions 

  1. Wârmth oil in overwhelming expânsive pot over medium– high wârmth. Include onions, celery, cârrots, ând gârlic; sâuté until the point when vegetâbles stârt to dârk colored, âround 15 minutes. Include 4 contâiners stock, lentils, ând tomâtoes with juice ând convey to bubble.
