Healthy Cherry Almond Milk (Warm or Cold)




This velvety refreshment is sweet, târt, ând extremely supporting. The târt cherry juice âdvânces soothing rest, ând the âshwâgândâ cân enâble you to slow down. 
Fixings 

  • ¾ glâss unsweetened âlmond drâin refreshment 
  • ½ glâss Montmorency târt cherry juice 
  • 1 tâblespoon nectâr or mâple syrup 
  • ½ teâspoon âshwâgândâ powder 
  • Dried culinâry flower petâls (discretionâry) 

Guidelines 

  1. Pour the drâin refreshment ând cherry squeeze in â little pân ând plâce it over medium wârmth. Cook, while râcing, for â couple of minutes, or until the point thât wârm or hot. In âny câse, don't heât it to the point of boiling.
