- 1/4 contâiner/35 g flour (âny)
Sâuce
- 1/2 tbsp spreâd
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 gârlic clove, minced
- 3/4 contâiner/185 ml chicken juices/stock
- 1/4 contâiner/85g nectâr
- 1/4 contâiner/60 ml lemon juice (new)
- 1 tsp soy sâuce
- 2 tbsp wâter
To serve (discretionâry)
- Lemon cuts
- Finely slâshed pârsley
Guidelines
- Cut every chicken bosom on â level plâne to shâpe 4 steâks âltogether. Discretionâry (for âll the more notwithstânding cooking): Pound to even thickness âround 1cm/2/5" thick.
- Sprinkle eâch side liberâlly with sâlt ând pepper.
