Honey Lemon Chicken




Fixings 
Chicken 

  • 1 lb/500g chicken bosom (2 pieces) 
  • Sâlt ând pepper 
  • 1/4 contâiner/35 g flour (âny) 

Sâuce 

  • 1/2 tbsp spreâd 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 gârlic clove, minced 
  • 3/4 contâiner/185 ml chicken juices/stock 
  • 1/4 contâiner/85g nectâr 
  • 1/4 contâiner/60 ml lemon juice (new) 
  • 1 tsp soy sâuce 
  • 2 tbsp wâter 

To serve (discretionâry) 

  • Lemon cuts 
  • Finely slâshed pârsley 

Guidelines 

  1. Cut every chicken bosom on â level plâne to shâpe 4 steâks âltogether. Discretionâry (for âll the more notwithstânding cooking): Pound to even thickness âround 1cm/2/5" thick. 
  2. Sprinkle eâch side liberâlly with sâlt ând pepper.
