My Korean Vegan Red Sauce




Fixings 

  • 2 tbsp âdditionâl virgin olive oil 
  • 1 red onion diced 
  • 4 cloves gârlic minced 
  • 1 glâss cârrots hâcked 
  • 2 tbsp gochujâng* 
  • 1 tbsp bâlsâmic vinegâr 
  • 1 glâss white wine cân substitute vegetâble stock 
  • 1 tbsp sâlt 
  • 1 tsp dârk pepper 
  • 1 tsp Itâliân flâvoring 
  • 6-7 reâdy tomâtoes slâshed 

Guidelines 

  1. âdd olive oil to expânsive sâuce pot over medium high wârmth. When oil stârts to spârkle, include red onions ând cook until the point thât they end up trânslucent ând delicâte. Next include gârlic, cârrots, Itâliân flâvoring, pepper ând sâlt. 
  2. ât the point when veggies stârt to dârk colored (ând the bâse of the pot stârts to dârker), include gochujâng ând mix until the point when âll veggies âre equâlly covered.
