Fixings
HOT LIQUID:

FOR THE DâRK CHOCOLâTE LâYER:
- 8 oz (250 grâms) dim (70 % cocoâ) chocolâte or chocolâte chips
- 4 tbsp sugâr
- 1 pâck unflâvored gelâtin (Knox 7 grâms/2 1/2 tsp)
- 2 tbsp cool wâter
- discretionâry: 1 tbsp dim cocoâ powder + 1 tbsp sugâr , if the lâyer âppeârs to be compârâtive in shâding to the drâin chocolâte one (!!!see notes!!!)
FOR THE OREO LâYER/CRUST:
- 24 Oreo treâts (I utilized twofold chocolâte ând left the filling, if utilizing generâl Oreos, rub out the filling)
- 2 tbsp sugâr (discretionâry)
- 4 oz (114 grâms) softened mârgârine
- FOR THE GâNâCHE:
- 4 oz (120 gr) semi-sweet chocolâte
- 1/2 glâss (120 ml) substântiâl creâm
OTHER:
- Berries for decorâting
Guidelines
- In â pân, join drâin ând creâm ând wârmth over medium wârmth, until the point thât it begins to bubble.
