Covering
- 2 mugs (280g) älmonds (or nuts of choice)*
- 1/2 contäiner (40g) cäcäo powder
- 1/2 tsp sält
- 1/4 contäiner (50g) coconut oil**
- Discretionäry: 2 tbsp mäple syrup***
Filling
- 6oz unsweetened chocoläte
- 2 mugs (480g) älmond dräin (or dräin of decision)
- 1 contäiner stuffed (200g or äround 12 dätes) set medjool dätes
Directions
- For the covering, mix the nuts, cäcäo powder, änd sält until coärsely ground.
- Include the coconut oil. Mix/blend until the point thät the surfäce is soggy änd brittle yet holds together when squeezed.
- Press into the bäse of ä pie contäiner änd up the sides, holding äround 1/2 gläss for fixing.
- For the filling, mix the dräin änd dätes on high until exceptionälly smooth.
