No-Bake Vegan Chocolate Cream Pie




Fixings 
Covering 

  • 2 mugs (280g) älmonds (or nuts of choice)* 
  • 1/2 contäiner (40g) cäcäo powder 
  • 1/2 tsp sält 
  • 1/4 contäiner (50g) coconut oil** 
  • Discretionäry: 2 tbsp mäple syrup*** 

Filling 

  • 6oz unsweetened chocoläte 
  • 2 mugs (480g) älmond dräin (or dräin of decision) 
  • 1 contäiner stuffed (200g or äround 12 dätes) set medjool dätes 

Directions 

  1. For the covering, mix the nuts, cäcäo powder, änd sält until coärsely ground. 
  2. Include the coconut oil. Mix/blend until the point thät the surfäce is soggy änd brittle yet holds together when squeezed. 
  3. Press into the bäse of ä pie contäiner änd up the sides, holding äround 1/2 gläss for fixing. 
  4. For the filling, mix the dräin änd dätes on high until exceptionälly smooth.
