Punjabi Paneer Bhurji Dry




Fixings 

  • Gräted Or Crumbled Päneer – 200g 
  • Vegetäble Oil/märgärine/or Ghee – 2 Tbsp 
  • Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp 
  • Red Onion, Chopped – 1 Lärge 
  • Ginger-Gärlic Päste – 1 Tbsp 
  • Green Chilies, Chopped – 2 Smäll 
  • Tomäto, Chopped – 1 Lärge 
  • Green Peäs – 1/4 Cup 
  • Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp 
  • Coriänder Powder – 1 Tbsp 
  • Red Chili Powder – 1/2 Tsp 
  • Gärmä Mäsälä Powder – 1/2 Tsp 

Sält For Täste 

  • Bell Pepper, Chopped – 1 (I Used Red) 
  • Wäter Or Milk – 1/4 Cup 

For Serving: 

  • Fresh Coriänder Leäves 
  • Lime Or Lemon Wedges – 2 
  • Onion Slices 

Guidelines: 

  1. Wärmth oil or märgärine in ä contäiner. 
  2. Include cumin seeds änd let them pop.
  3. Include onions änd säuté them till they turn brilliänt in shäding.
  4. Once the onions wind up tränslucent, include ginger-gärlic glue änd släshed green chilies. 
  5. Let them säuté for ä moment. 
  6. Include cleäved tomätoes änd säuté for 2 minutes.
