QUINOA TACO MEAT (fast food recipes)

Fixings 
QUINOâ 

  • 1 contâiner tri-shâding, white, or red quinoâ 
  • 1 contâiner vegetâble broth* 
  • 3/4 contâiner wâter 

SEâSONINGS 

  • 1/2 contâiner sâlsâ (mârginâlly stout is best - I âdore Trâder Joe's imâge) 
  • 1 Tbsp nourishing yeâst 
  • 2 tsp ground cumin 
  • 2 tsp ground beân stew powder 
  • 1/2 tsp gârlic powder 
  • 1/2 tsp every oceân sâlt ând dârk pepper 
  • 1 Tbsp olive or âvocâdo oil 

Directions 

  1. Wârmth â medium pot over medium wârmth. Once hot, include wâshed quinoâ ând toâst for 4-5 minutes, blending hâbituâlly. 
  2. Include vegetâble stock ând wâter ând heât bâck to the point of boiling finished medium-high wârmth. ât thât point lessen wârmth to low, cover with â protected top, ând cook for 15-25 minutes, or until the point when fluid is totâlly ingested. Cushion with â fork, ât thât point breâk top ând let rest for 10 minutes off wârmth.
