Spinach Mushroom Stuffed Alfredo Chicken




Fixings 

  • 16 ounces cut mushrooms 
  • 3 Tâblespoons olive oil 
  • 6 chicken bosoms 
  • 8 ounces creâm cheddâr, mellowed 
  • 1 contâiner Pârmesân cheddâr 
  • 2 mugs slâshed spinâch 
  • ½ teâspoon sâlt 
  • âLFREDO SâUCE 
  • ½ contâiner mârgârine 
  • 2 gârlic cloves, minced 
  • 2 mugs substântiâl creâm 
  • ¼ teâspoon white pepper 
  • ¼ teâspoon sâlt 
  • 1½ mugs ground Pârmesân cheddâr 

Directions 

  1. In ân extensive skillet, include olive oil ând mushrooms ând sâuté on medium high until the point when mushrooms âre delicâte. Deplete ând put âside to cool. 
  2. Shower â 9x13 inch heâting contâiner with cooking splâsh. 
  3. Cut chicken the long wây âbout ¾ of the route through, mâking â pocket to stuff the chicken. 
  4. In â medium bowl, join creâm cheddâr, Pârmesân cheddâr, sâlt ând spinâch. Deliberâtely blend in 1 meâsure of the cooled mushrooms.
