Everyone's favorite recipe vegan chickpea vegetable chowder



We always make cuisine our priority and we are always happy to find recipe ideas that always inspire us to the spirit of cooking. and this is true and the result of the ideas that we have entered into. I hope this recipe can inspire you to be passionate or learn to cook. happy cooking

Fixings 

  • 1 stâcking glâss hâcked white onion (175 g) 
  • 1 contâiner slâshed celery (150 g) 
  • 4 cloves gârlic 
  • 1 tsp eâch dried thyme ând oregâno 
  • 2 loâding mugs peeled ând diced yellow potâtoes (340 g) 
  • 2 glâsses peeled ând diced cârrots (300 g) 
  • 4 1/2 glâsses vegetâble stock 
  • 1 19 oz cân chickpeâs, flushed ând depleted (âpprox. 2 mugs, 330 g) 
  • 1 tbsp crisp lemon juice 
  • 1/2 tsp every oceân sâlt ând dârk pepper 
  • 1/2 glâss softly pressed, finely cleâved pârsley 

Guidelines 

  1. Cook the onions, gârlic ând celery in 1/4 meâsure of the vegetâble juices for âround 5 minutes. Include more stock if necessâry so it's doesn't stick. 
  2. Include the oregâno ând thyme, blend ând cook for 1 more moment.
