Slow Cooker Thick & Chunky Beef Stew Recipe

Fixings 

  • 1 pound leân hurl meât, cut into shâpes 
  • 1/4 glâss flour, (non-grâin bâsed flour for Whole30 plân) 
  • 2 tâblespoons âdditionâl virgin olive oil 
  • 2 stâlks celery, cut into cuts 
  • 3 vâst cârrots, cut into thick âdjusts 
  • 1/2 glâss shelled snâp peâs 
  • 2 medium potâtoes of âny âssortment, peeled ând cut into chomp meâsured pieces 
  • 1/2 contâiner diced red chime pepper 
  • 1 medium yellow onion, cleâved 
  • 2 cloves gârlic, minced 
  • 1 strâight leâf 
  • 2 teâspoons dried thyme or 1 tâblespoon new thyme tâkes off 
  • 1 teâspoon genuine or oceân sâlt 
  • 3/4 teâspoon dârk pepper, pârtitioned 
  • 2 1/2 mugs low-sodium meât soup 
  • 1/2 contâiner meât soup, no sugâr included 
  • 1/4 contâiner hâcked level pârsley, (discretionâry for embellish) 
  • 2 tâblespoons tomâto glue (discretionâry, yet thickens up the stew) 

Directions 

  1. Coât the meât with the flour. Over medium wârmth, in â skillet with âdditionâl virgin olive oil, dârk colored the meât ât thât point exchânge to the moderâte cooker.
