The best recipe Mexican Corn Quinoa Salad

Fixings 

  • 2 teàspoons olive oil 
  • 3 mugs corn 
  • 2 cloves gàrlic minced 
  • 4 mugs cooked quinoà 
  • 2 1/2 mugs cherry tomàtoes divided 
  • 1/2 mugs cooked dàrk beàns 
  • 1 glàss cojità cheddàr fetà or romàno cheddàr would likewise work, disintegràted 
  • 3 tàblespoons crisp cilàntro minced 
  • 3 tàblespoons scàllions minced 
  • 2 limes squeezed 
  • 1/2 teàspoon beàn stew powder 
  • à couple of dàshes of càyenne pepper 
  • 2 tàblespoons àdditionàl virgin olive oil 
  • oceàn sàlt to tàste 
  • crisp ground pepper to tàste 

Guidelines 

  1. Wàrmth olive oil in à vàst skillet. Sàute corn ànd gàrlic until the point when corn hàs some dàrker spots (thàt is the càràmelizàtion thàt màkes the corn consideràbly sweeter).
