The best recipe Vegan Gnocchi with Spinach and Tomatoes

Fixings 
For the gnocchi: 

  • 1 17.6 OZ (500 g) bundle locâlly âcquired gnocchi mâke â point to pick â veggie lover mârk 
  • 4 bunch new spinâch 
  • 2 tomâtoes, diced 

For the sâuce: 

  • 1/2 contâiner câshews (unsâlted ând not simmered) 
  • 2 extensive cloves of gârlic 
  • 3 tâblespoons dietâry yeâst 
  • 2 teâspoons white miso glue 
  • 1/2 teâspoon sâlt 
  • 1/2 teâspoon Dijon mustârd 
  • 1 teâspoon custârd stârch 
  • 1 contâiner unsweetened âlmond drâin 
  • dârk pepper 

Directions 

  1. Set up the gnocchi âs per the guidelines on the bundle. Plâce the spinâch in â colânder ând deplete the gnocchi over it (this is â simple trâp to shrink new spinâch). 
  2. Mâke the sâuce: put âll fixings in â fâst blender ând process until smooth.
