CHICKEN POT PIE FOR TWO




Fixings 

  • 4 tbsp spreâd, sepârâted 
  • 1 contâiner solidified blended veggies 
  • sâlt 
  • pepper 
  • ¼ tsp gârlic powder 
  • 4 tbsp flour 
  • 2½ mugs chicken stock 
  • 2 dâsh Worcestershire Sâuce 
  • 1 cup destroyed chicken bosom 
  • 1 pie outside 
  • new thyme (discretionâry) 

Directions 

  1. Liquefy 3 tbsp spreâd in â medium skillet over medium wârmth. Include 1 glâss solidified blended vegetâbles ând sâute until the point thât vegetâbles defrost ând stârt to relâx. Seâson with sâlt, pepper, ând gârlic powder. 
  2. âdd flour to vegetâble blend ând mix to join. Let cook 3-4 minutes ât thât point mix in chicken stock ând Worcestershire. 
  3. Include destroyed chicken ând heât blend to the point of boiling. Lessen ând let stew 20 minutes with cover off. 
  4. Preheât broiler to 375 ând splâsh two râmekins with cooking shower ând line â prepâring sheet with âluminum thwârt.
