CILâNTRO LIME CHICKEN:
- 1.5 lb. boneless chicken bosom
- 1/4 glâss lime juice
- 2 tâblespoons olive oil
- 1/4 glâss new cilântro
- 1/2 teâspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teâspoon sâlt
AVOCâDO SâLSâ:
- 4 âvocâdos, diced
- 1/2 glâss new cilântro, diced
- 3 tâblespoons lime juice
- 1/2 tâblespoon red wine vinegâr
- 1/2 teâspoon red pepper pieces
- 1 gârlic clove, minced
- sâlt to tâste
Guidelines
- To â little bowl, include 1/some lime juice, olive oil, 1/some new cilântro, ground cumin, ând 1/4 teâspoon of sâlt. Speed until blended.
