Fixings
- 1½ lbs ground hâmburger
- ¾ glâss fâst oâts
- ¾ glâss drâin
- 1 egg
- ½ glâss onion, finely diced (or grind it if your children will blow â gâsket on the off chânce thât they see â bit of onion)
- 1¼ tsp sâlt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ⅓ glâss ketchup
- 2 tbsp dârk colored sugâr
- 1 tbsp mustârd
Directions
- Preheât stove to 350 degrees
- Consolidâte ground meât, cereâl, drâin, egg, onion, sâlt ând pepper in â medium meâsured blending dish. Utilizing your hând, consolidâte everything into the meât. This lone tâkes 30 seconds or something like thât, you would prefer not to over blend.
- Move meât into ân expânsive portion skillet ând press it down uniformly into the dish.
- Blend ketchup, dârker sugâr, ând mustârd in â little bowl. Pour over meâtloâf.
