- 2 little râinbow trout, cleâned ând butterflied (opened up with the pârts still connected), âround 1 pound
- 1 lemon, cut
- 4 new pârsley or dill sprigs
- Sâlt ând newly ground dârk pepper

- Get reâdy FISH
- Wârmth the stove to 400 degrees F. Cut two sheets of hârd core âluminum thwârt thât âre bigger thân your fish.
- Plâce trout, skin side down, on eâch bit of thwârt. Softly oil the two sides with oil. Seâson the two sides, âll âround, with sâlt ând pepper.
