roasted cauliflower burrito bowls




Fixings 

  • 1 container white or darker rice 
  • 1 head of cauliflower, hacked into florets 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil 
  • 1 tablespoon taco flavoring, separated 
  • 1 14-ounce container of dark beans, flushed and depleted 
  • 1/2 container water 
  • 2 tomatoes, hacked 
  • half of a little onion, hacked 
  • juice of 2 limes + more wedges for serving 
  • 1/2 container cleaved new cilantro 
  • 2 ears of corn, portions remove the cob 
  • 1 avocado 
  • your most loved hot sauce for fixing 

Directions 

  1. Rice: Cook the rice as indicated by bundle bearings. 
  2. Cauliflower: Heat the stove to 425 degrees. Hurl the cauliflower florets with the olive oil and half of the taco flavoring. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil for 20-25 minutes, hurling part of the way through to counteract consuming.
