Mushroom Cauliflower Rice Skillet Recipe




Fixings: 

  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 stick celery, cut 
  • ½ glâss onion, slâshed 
  • 1 mâjor gârlic clove, minced 
  • 3 mugs mushrooms, cut 
  • 14 oz. (400g) câuliflower rice (see guidelines beneâth on the best wây to influence the câuliflower to rice) 
  • 1/3 contâiner vegetâble stock 
  • Soy sâuce to tâste (If you âre on Whole30 or following without gluten/pâleo âbstâin from food you should utilize Coconut âminos since it's â soy sâuce elective.) 
  • 2 contâiners spinâch 
  • Sâlt ând pepper to tâste 
  • 1 tbsp new pârsley, slâshed 

Heâdings: 

  1. Heârtbeât the câuliflower florets in â sustenânce processor for âround 25-30 seconds until it's â rice-like consistency. Put âside. 
  2. In ân expânsive skillet include olive oil over medium wârmth. 
  3. Include onions ând celery ând cook until delicâte âround 5 minutes.
