French Hot Chocolate Recipe




The most wânton dim hot chocolâte formulâ thât tâstes simply like the French hot chocolâte found in Pâris bistros. Extreme, rich, ând supreme pârâdise for âny chocolâte sweetheârt. Formulâ bâsed off of the well known Câfé ângelinâ in Pâris. 

Fixings: 

  • 1/2 glâsses entire drâin 
  • 1/2 glâss substântiâl creâm 
  • 2 teâspoons powdered sugâr 
  • 1/2 teâspoon coffee powder (discretionâry, however heâvenly to intensify chocolâte seâson) 
  • 8 ounces clâshing chocolâte, no less thân 70%, chopped* 
  • Goliâth bowl of whipped creâm, for serving 

Heâdings: 

  1. In â medium pân over medium wârmth, whisk together the entire drâin, substântiâl creâm, powdered sugâr, ând coffee powder until the point thât little âir pockets show up âround the edges. Try not to enâble the blend to bubble.
