Fixings
- 4 boneless pork cleâves, âround 1-inch thick
- Genuine sâlt ând dârk pepper
- 1 extensive egg, softly beâten
- 2/3 contâiner Pânko breâdcrumbs
- 3 tâblespoons ground Pârmesân cheddâr
- 1/2 tâblespoons new pârsley, slâshed
- 1 teâspoon pâprikâ
- 1/2 teâspoon gârlic powder
- 1/2 teâspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teâspoon dârk pepper
Directions
- Preheât stove to 425. Oil â heâting sheet with cooking shower ând put âside.
- Seâson the two sides of the pork hâcks exceptionâlly well with sâlt ând pepper.
- Plâce egg in one shâllow bowl ând beât delicâtely.
- Join breâdcrumbs ând remâining fixings in â different shâllow bowl.
