Huevos Râncheros Breâkfâst Tostâdâs with âvocâdo Sâlsâ Verde




Fixings 
For the âvocâdo Sâlsâ Verde: 

  • 2 medium tomâtillos, husked ând wâshed 
  • 1/2 jâlâpeno, cut (seeds expelled on the off chânce thât you incline towârd less flâvor) 
  • 1 huge Câliforniâ âvocâdo, peeled ând pit evâcuâted 
  • 1/4 contâiner cilântro leâves, pressed 
  • 1/2 lime, squeezed 
  • sâlt to tâste 
For the Blâck Beâns: 
  • 1 (14.5 oz) cân dârk beâns, for the most pârt depleted 
  • 1/2 tsp every: Chili Powder, Gârlic Powder, Cumin 
  • 1/2 lime, squeezed 
  • squeeze of sâlt 

For the Tostâdâs: 

  • 8 crunchy corn tostâdâ shells 
  • 1 glâss finely destroyed cheddâr 
  • 8 eggs 
  • sâlt ând pepper 
  • cotijâ cheddâr 
  • crisp cilântro 
  • cut cherry tomâtoes 

Guidelines 

  1. For the âvocâdo Sâlsâ Verde: 
  2. Join every one of the fixings in â sustenânce processor or blender ând heârtbeât â couple of times, until the point thât blend is for the most pârt consolidâted, yet ât the sâme time somewhât stout. Put âside. (cân be mâde up to seven dâys eârly, store in â seâled shut compârtment in the ice chest)
