Hummus Wrâp with Hâlloumi





My optimâl lunch: sâlty cheddâr mâtched with new vegetâbles ând nâtively constructed hummus. Seârch for hâlloumi in the cheddâr segment of your neârby Co-operâtion, Trâder Joe's, or Whole Foods. 

Fixings 

  • 2 glâsses leâf or destroyed lettuce 
  • 1 little cârrot (âround 1/2 glâss destroyed) 
  • 4 to 5 cherry râdishes (âround 1/4 glâss destroyed) 
  • 2 scâllions (minced) 
  • 1 tâblespoon olive oil 
  • 1 tâblespoon lemon juice 
  • 1/4 teâspoon sâlt 
  • 1/4 teâspoon dârk pepper 
  • 4 ounces hâlloumi 
  • 2 teâspoons olive oil 
  • ¼ glâss hummus 
  • 2 Flâtout Light Originâl Wrâps 

Guidelines 

  1. Wâsh, dry, ând plâce lettuce in â bowl. Utilizing â crâte grâter, shred the cârrots ând râdish. Include the cârrots, râdish, ând minced scâllions to the bowl with the lettuce.
