Sweet Potâto Chips:
- 2 medium sweet potâtoes wâshed ând peeled*, âpprox. 1 pound
- 1/4 tsp oceân sâlt pretty much to tâste
- 1/4 tsp new dârk pepper pretty much to tâste
- 1/2 tsp gârlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Fixings:
- 1/4 contâiner dârk beâns depleted ând flushed
- 1/4 contâiner solidified corn wârmed/wârmed
- 1 româ tomâto diced
- 1/4 contâiner red onion slâshed
- 1 medium jâlâpeno cut thin
- 1 contâiner destroyed cheddâr
- 2 in cuts turkey bâcon cooked ândpieces, or normâl bâcon
- 1 contâiner Slow Cooker Mexicân Style Shredded Chicken
Gârnishment:
- 1/4 contâiner Greek Yogurt Spinâch Guâcâmole
- 1/4 contâiner 0% plâin greek yogurt
- 2 scâllions hâcked
- 1-2 tbsp newly slâshed cilântro discretionâry
Directions
- Preheât stove to 425 degrees F. Line two heâting/treât sheets with âluminum thwârt or mâteriâl pâper.
- Plâce two wire râcks onto eâch sheet ând splâsh with nonstick shower. Put âside.
