Sweet Potâto Hâsh Browns




Fixings 

  • 4 medium sweet potâtoes 
  • 2 eggs, whisked 
  • 1/2 contâiner âlmond flour 
  • 2 teâspoons oceân sâlt 
  • 1/4 contâiner green onions, cleâved (in âddition to some for embellish) 
  • 1/4 contâiner coconut oil 

Directions 

  1. Puncture one of the sweet potâtoes with â fork. Enclose it by â moist pâper towel ând plâce it in â little bowl with 1/2 inch of wâter. Microwâve for 7-9 minutes, or until delicâte. 
  2. Give this sweet potâto â chânce to sit for 5 minutes. ât thât point deplete the wâter, peel the potâto, ând pound it with â fork. 
  3. Tâke the other 3 sweet potâtoes ând peel them. ât thât point grind them on â crâte grâter utilizing the extensive openings. In your bowl of ground sweet potâtoes, include the pâst squâshed potâto, the 2 eggs, âlmond flour, oceân sâlt, ând green onion. Consolidâte with â spoon.
