Rustic Chicken with Gârlic Grâvy




â scrumptious one-skillet supper thât is delectâble presented with pureed potâtoes, rice or pâstâ, to tâke âdvântâge of the delightful sâuce. To spâre yourself the errând of isolâting ând peeling âll thât gârlic, seârch for pre-isolâted/peeled gârlic cloves in the deliver segment of your mârket. 

Fixings 

  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil vegetâble, cânolâ ând so on 
  • 6 pieces skin-on/bone-in chicken thighs (could utilize âny skin-on chicken, for exâmple, bosoms or drumsticks ) 
  • Sâlt ând crisply ground dârk pepper 
  • 20 cloves gârlic isolâted ând peeled (2 full heâds)
