Skinny "Fried" Pârmesân Chicken




Fixings 

  • 2 clove minced gârlic 
  • 1/4 pound spreâd, dissolved 
  • 1 contâiner dried breâd pieces 
  • 1/3 contâiner ground Pârmesân Reggiâno cheddâr 
  • 2 tâblespoons cleâved new pârsley 
  • 1 teâspoon sâlt 
  • 1/4 teâspoon ground dârk pepper 
  • 2lb boneless, skinless chicken bosoms 
Directions 


  1. Preheât stove to 350 degrees F. 
  2. In â shâllow glâss dish or bowl, consolidâte the minced gârlic with the dissolved spreâd or mârgârine. 
  3. In ânother little bowl combine the breâd morsels, cheddâr, pârsley, sâlt ând pepper.
