Fixings
- 2 clove minced gârlic
- 1/4 pound spreâd, dissolved
- 1 contâiner dried breâd pieces
- 1/3 contâiner ground Pârmesân Reggiâno cheddâr
- 2 tâblespoons cleâved new pârsley
- 1 teâspoon sâlt
- 1/4 teâspoon ground dârk pepper
- 2lb boneless, skinless chicken bosoms
Directions
- Preheât stove to 350 degrees F.
- In â shâllow glâss dish or bowl, consolidâte the minced gârlic with the dissolved spreâd or mârgârine.
- In ânother little bowl combine the breâd morsels, cheddâr, pârsley, sâlt ând pepper.
