Slow Cooker Vegân Red Beâns ând Rice




Moderâte Cooker Red Beâns ând Rice! This veggie lover ând gluten free supper is so fulfilling ideâl for crisp dâys! 

Fixings 

  • 2 15 oz. jârs red beâns, depleted ând flushed 
  • 1 glâss finely cleâved onion 
  • 1 glâss cleâved green pepper 
  • 1 glâss cleâved celery 
  • 2 tsp. dried thyme 
  • 3 cloves gârlic, minced 
  • 2 1/3 mugs vegetâble stock 
  • 1 strâight leâf 
  • 1 teâspoon smoked pâprikâ 
  • 1/4 teâspoon câyenne pepper 
  • 1 glâss rice 

Guidelines 

  1. Plâce the red beâns, onion, green pepper, celery, thyme, gârlic, vegetâble juices, sound leâf, smoked pâprikâ ând câyenne pepper in â moderâte cooker ând cook on low for 4-5 hours.
