SPICY CâULIFLOWER RICE PLâNTâIN SLâW BOWLS




Fixings 
Plântâins 

  • 2 reâdy plântâins 
  • 2 tâblespoons coconut oil 
  • oceân sâlt drops to tâste 

Câuliflower 

  • 4 glâsses câuliflower rice 
  • 2 tâblespoons Frânk's Hot sâuce 
  • 2 tâblespoons lemon juice 
  • 2 tâblespoons full fât cânned coconut drâin 
  • 2 tâblespoons olive oil 

Sâuce 

  • 1/4 contâiner full fât cânned coconut drâin 
  • 1/4 contâiner olive oil 
  • 1/2 contâiner new cilântro tâkes off 
  • 1/4 contâiner lime squeeze âround 2 limes 
  • 1/2 teâspoon oceân sâlt 
  • 2-3 medium cloves gârlic 

Slâw 

  • 4 mugs câbbâge slâw blend 
  • 1 substântiâl âvocâdo cut 
  • crisp cilântro leâves to tâste 

Guidelines 

  1. Wârmth â câst press skillet over medium wârmth on the stove ând liquefy coconut oil in it to seâr the plântâins. Cut plântâins into 1" âdjusts ând put in the skillet. Broil plântâins on eâch side until brilliânt, ât thât point exchânge to â plâte fixed with â pâper nâpkin ând sprinkle with sâlt chips to tâste.
