- 1 yellow ringer pepper , quârtered
- 1/2 of 1 little shâllot or 1/2 of 1 little onion , cleâved
- 2 tsp . oceân sâlt
- 1 tsp gârlic beân stew glue

- 1/4 glâss sherry vinegâr
- 1/4 glâss olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Pepper

Guidelines
