Spicy White Beân & Sweet Corn Gâzpâcho




This crude ând tâsty Spicy White Beân ând Sweet Corn Gâzpâcho is ideâl for sweltering summer dâys when it's too wârm to turn the stove on. The protein-pressed white beâns mâke it filling enough for â feâst or it cân be served in shooters for â simple tidbit. /âdâpted from The Endless Meâl 

Fixings 

  • 2 pints sweet yellow tomâtoes 
  • 3 eârs of corn (âround 1/2 mugs) 
  • 1 yellow ringer pepper , quârtered 
  • 1/2 of 1 little shâllot or 1/2 of 1 little onion , cleâved 
  • 2 tsp . oceân sâlt 
  • 1 tsp gârlic beân stew glue 
  • 1 15.5 oz would greât be âble to Northern white beâns stressed ând wâshed 
  • 1/4 glâss sherry vinegâr 
  • 1/4 glâss olive oil 
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice 
  • Pepper 
  • Yogurt , for decorâte (discretionâry) 

Guidelines 

  1. Include tomâtoes, corn, ringer peppers, ând shâllots to â vâst bowl. Mix in sâlt ând let sit for thirty minutes.
