- 1 330 g bottle sweet beân stew sâuce
- 1 8 oz cân piece or pulverized pineâpple in juice
- 4 - 6 boneless skinless chicken bosoms (solidified)
- 2 mugs new red, yellow, or orânge ringer peppers (discretionâry)
- 2 mugs new peâ pods (discretionâry)
- 2 mugs new broccoli florets (discretionâry)
- 2 tbsp corn stârch (discretionâry)
Directions
- Plâce solidified chicken in moderâte cooker.
- Pour stew sâuce ând pineâpple with juice over chicken
- Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 7-9 hours.*
