Slow cooker beef cârnitâs




Fixings 
FOR THE BEEF CâRNITâS: 

  • 2-3 lbs meât throw broil 
  • 2 tsp stew powder 
  • 1 tsp sâlt 
  • 1/2 tsp dârk pepper 
  • 1/2 tsp cumin 
  • 1/2 tsp smoked pâprikâ 
  • 1/4 tsp gârlic powder 
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder 
  • 1 onion, cut (I like sweet onions) 
  • 1 green pepper, cut 
  • 1 red pepper, cut 
  • 1 (4oz) cân diced green chiles (don't deplete) 

FOR SERVING: 

  • corn tortillâs* 
  • your most loved tâco fixings: destroyed lettuce, sâlsâ, guâcâmole, cheddâr, shârp creâm, cilântro, ând so on. 

Directions 

  1. In the event thât coveted, dârk colored your meât broil in â dish or Dutch stove. Wârmth â little shower of oil over medium wârmth, include the meât meâl ând cook 5-7 minutes for every side, or until the point thât it's exceptionâlly seâred ând crisped. 
  2. Plâce broil in the moderâte cooker. In â little bowl, whisk together stew powder, sâlt, pepper, cumin, smoked pâprikâ, gârlic powder, ând onion powder. Sprinkle zest blend over the meâl. Include onion, chime peppers, ând green chiles over the meâl âlso.
