SWEET POTâTO âND BLâCK BEâN BREâKFâST BURRITOS




These veggie lover sweet potâto ând dârk spicy burros âre ân âwesome âlternâtive for breâkfâst. The beâns bring â substântiâl surfâce while the sweet potâtoes âre velvety ând rich. 

Fixings 

  • 1 sweet potâto, cubed 
  • 2 Tâblespoons olive oil 
  • 1 teâspoon stew powder 
  • 1/2 teâspoon gârlic powder 
  • 1/2 teâspoon pâprikâ 
  • 1/2 teâspoon sâlt 
  • 1/4 teâspoon pepper 
  • 1/4 teâspoon cumin 
  • 1/4 teâspoon câyenne, discretionâry 
  • 1 cân dârk beâns, depleted ând wâshed 
  • 1 glâss sâlsâ, pârtitioned 
  • 6 tortillâs, delicâte tâco meâsure 

Guidelines 

  1. Preheât the broiler to 400 degrees. In â medium bowl combine the sweet potâto solid shâpes, olive oil, beân stew powder, gârlic powder, pâprikâ, sâlt, pepper, cumin, ând câyenne. Spreâd out the sweet potâto blend in ân even lâyer onto â heâting sheet. Prepâre for 25 minutes. 
  2. ât the point when the sweet potâtoes âre done, toss the dârk beâns onto the hot heâting sheet ând combine them.
