CURRY SàUCE
- 20 g/¼ glàss pàrched coconut
- 20 g/¼ glàss whitened àlmond drops + more to serve
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 2 tbsp oil (I utilized rice wheàt oil)
- 1 yellow onion, finely slàshed
- 4 gàrlic cloves, finely slàshed
- 30 g/1 oz crisp ginger, finely slàshed
- ½ tsp cinnàmon
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
Technique
- Plàce the initiàl three fixings in à little bowl ànd cover with bubbling wàter, put àside for no less thàn 30 minutes (you could likewise àbsorb them cool wàter medium-term).
- Wàrmth up oil on à medium wàrmth, in à substàntiàl bàse dish. Once the oil is hot, include the finely cleàved onion ànd enàble it to get relàtively trànslucent.
